Management Services

TDH Homes provides both project management and site supervision services. Supervision is adequate for most homes though we do recommend full-time supervision for larger, more complicated homes as there can be substantial cost benefits. Each project is assigned a project manager and a site superintendent to ensure that all aspects of the construction management process are covered effectively.

Our Project Management services cover:


  • Preparing and updating detailed construction budgets.
  • Pricing and negotiating with sub-trades and suppliers.
  • Accounting - including: - detailed job cost tracking
  • Monthly progress draws
  • Payments to sub-trades and suppliers.
  • Liaising with the homeowner and design team to determine final specifications.
  • Timely estimates for owner requested changes.
  • Coordination with structural engineers, architects/designers and Municipal Hall.

    Our Site Supervision services cover:

  • Quality control and trouble shooting.
  • Coordination of sub-trades and material deliveries.
  • Adherence to the construction schedule.
  • Site safety and security.
  • Coordination on-site with consultants and Municipal building inspectors.
